UNO Bus shows live buses based on real-time data. If a bus isn’t visible, it may not be actively reporting its location or the data may be delayed.

Are the arrival times accurate?

Arrival times are based on live vehicle data and scheduled timetables. While we aim for accuracy, times may vary due to traffic or operational changes.

Why does the bus location sometimes jump?

Bus positions update periodically (not every second), so movement may appear slightly delayed or jump between updates.

What does “Running late” mean?

This means the bus is behind its scheduled time based on the latest available data.

Can I use this app for all UK buses?

Currently, UNO Bus focuses on UNO bus services. Support for additional operators may be added in the future.
